The cuisine: depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients, the dishes on offer span from seafood to game. Vegetarian menus are available on request. Chefs Ferdinando Carraro and Massimo Teso recommend the seafood trolley, grilled scallops, steamed lobster, seafood risotto, seafood spaghetti, Adriatic fish soup, mixed grill, grilled giant scampi or scampi served in a spicy tomato sauce and grilled cuttlefish.


The cellar:
The wine list mainly features bottles from Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, with a selection of Piedmont and Tuscan wines and those from Trentino Alto Adige. The white wines include: Pinot grigio selezione particolare Nardin, Prosecco, Tranquillo DOC Gregoletto, Pinot Grigio Russiz Superiore, Chardonnay Collio Ascevi, Muller Thurgau Alto Adige Hofstätter and Traminer Hofstätter.
